Sending Smiles Your Way!

Happy summer everyone! Schools out and can't wait for more sunshine!
To help add a little sunshine here in the pacific northwest, I'll share a card I made a few days ago!

At first, I just had spare cardstock that I stamped on with the Sending Smiles set from Hero Arts! I colored it all in and did a few paper pieces here and there!

Then, my mom in need of a nice "good luck" card,  layered my stamped paper onto some purple cardstock and then onto a white card base. I did the same thing with the inside of the card but left the top layer blank. Really fast card, might be the fastest I've ever made! This should received right about...now! :)

Challenge: Catered Crop; red, orange, yellow, green, grass, dimensional adhesives
Have a great day!

My first ATC!

Hey everyone!
Hope your having a great week {plus} happy first day of summer!
I had my promotion on Friday!{sort of like a graduation and I got a certificate too!}And today is my last day of 5th grade+elementary school!
For now though, I'm just exploring with some new stamps I got! I'll be sharing another one soon but here's what I got for today!

A close up!

I tried my hand at an ATC! I used a stamp by Studio 112 and layered with DP from my stash and dimensionals! And two little beads with Mod Podge. Here's a tip: I didn't have any glitter so I used a little bit of glittery nail polish and gave it a light shiny-ness!

Have a great day!

Challenges:
Catered Crop blue, nature, and beads.

Jellyfish Smile!

Hello everybody!

Hope your enjoying this sunny weekend! Just a quick post for me!

Down below is a card I made recently and I was playing around with layers{as you might see :)}!
The papers are miscellaneous and I drew that jellyfish! The sentiment is from Hampton Art's Kelly's Sentiments! I also used  a border punch by Martha Stewart, doily lace! One of my favorites!{could you tell?} And I learned that when layering, the same base color{mine was blue} really makes thoe whole thing tie together!
The card follows these wondrous challenges:
Top Tip Tuesday-Tip (above)
My Mum's Craft Shop-Punches
Cratered Crop- blue, green,

Have a great weekend! I'll be doing nothing but enjoying the sunshine and a soccer game later today!

A gumball machine! How fun would it be to have one?! There are some papers from Tim Holts {thanks Patti!} and some from Making Memories! You might not see it {peeking from under the flower} but I punched the yellow piece with the Martha Stewart doily lace border punch!

Rose Hello!

Hey everyone! I've got another card to share with you today! {told ya I was crafting!}

I'd say that I knew it looked sorta vintage right when I started but I didn't! Only when I started writing{typing} this post, I realized that it looked a bit old! Those stars were made from a stencil and the flower in the middle of the card was a lot of squiggles! I have no clue was the main image should be on it and I pondered this even though I didn't think that this card was  even a bit vintage! What do image or sentiment do you usually pick for your vintage cards?

Also, I was told { thanks Patti!} that Simon Says Stamp had a challenge for kids! So I'm entering in that and if you know anyone under 16 that likes to craft, tell them about it!

I'm also entering in the open challenge at Top Tip Tuesday!

Hope you have a fab day! ( I'm thinking about ice cream on this partly cloudy day!:)
